I found my passion for helping others through the functional & holistic nutrition approach while trying to figure out my own health challenges.  My experience learning from Purdue University BS in Environmental Science and MS in Human Dimensions, Purdue Global BS in Nutrition Science, Functional Nutrition Alliance, Restorative Wellness Solutions, Holistic Consulting, & Talking Toxins programs have been extremely valuable in understanding the importance of looking at all aspects. 

The awareness of all the factors unlocks the path to support and get health back on track. There are many ways to address health, but finding your unique path is the key.  I can help you.

In 2024, I became Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® - a credential which demonstrates that I have achieved the highest level of professional recognition (validating my knowledge and experience) in the holistic nutrition industry.

Being Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® enables me to serve you with the best, most current research and advanced nutritional science.

To maintain this designation, I am required to take part in and document numerous continuing education credits annually.

Board certification proves that I am aware of and conduct my nutrition business within the legal scope of service and standards of professional conduct.
